Q: WHAT IS ONE BOOK THAT YOU WOULD BE NERVOUS TO SEE A MOVIE ADAPTION OF BECAUSE YOU THINK THE MOVIE COULD NEVER LIVE UP TO THE BOOK?
FIFTY SHADES OF GREY (Fifty Shades Series) by E.L. James
This book was one of my favourite reads last year. This series is both addicting and wonderful. Personally, if they try to make a movie out of this they would do a bad job as much of this book is about Anna's POV and her opinions of Christian. I think it will be impossible to find someone who can be the Christian, me and thousands of girls have imagined. Who can be good enough to be lacking like our very own broken yet perfect Christian Grey. The emails betweem Anna and Christian, the contract and the chemistry would be difficult to bring back to life and even if they manage I don't think it will make the mark.
I know the movie rights have already been sold but I'm not really looking forwards to my fantasies being shredded to pieces.
What movie are you dreading will be made into a movie and destroyed?

Hmm this will be an interesting one to see as a movie! Less raunchy probably...which is not a good thing!
Old follower :-)

that's true. I haven't read this book yet but from what I've heard it would be almost impossible to make this into a movie. Just the casting could be really hard!

Oh God, I'll SO watch those movies, but mainly because I haven't read the books yet and think that.. well, those movies WILL be entertaining, though probably unintentionally so. I can see how it'd frustrate fans or haters, though. :/

I've never read Fifty Shades of Grey but I can definitely identify with being nervous someone will ruin your vision of what you've read. I hope, if they do give you a FSoG movie, it rocks!
Also, happy FF! Just sneaking through to say hey. I'm a new follower! I hope you'll stop by & visit me too.

Hopping through. I haven't read 50 Shades of Grey but everyone seems to rave about it. I should try it.
