Q:What started you Blogging?
Aha! There were so many things that contributed towards it. Firstly, I had so many friends blogging and having so much fun with it that it made me want to start too. I also wanted to have space for myself where I could express myself not just about books about any random item which may come into my mind. So, this blog is not just about books but anything which may help me escape my monotonous life. Having a blog also gives my views/reviews a little bit more weight. However minuscule but I feel my opinion may be valued slightly more than just another reader. The support of the blogging community also helps.
All my reasons seem quite selfish but my blog is a small corner, my own spot in the universe of internet.
What got you blogging. Was to rant about a specific book or just because you could.

I agree that your blog is like your own personal corner of the world. Where you can say whatever you want. I felt a little constrained in most of my GR groups. But my husband doesn't even read/follow my blog because he says everyone needs a space where someone they know isn't looking over their shoulder. Where they feel they have to overly censor their words.
